MIR141

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR141 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,446 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR141-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18_S224, SPIRE2_S371, and PML_S505. Each is linked with MIR141 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR141-to-partner and partner-to-MIR141 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR141→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR141) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
