Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR129-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR129-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1168P, PNPLA4P1, and RNU7-2P. Each is linked with MIR129-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR129-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR129-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR129-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR129-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
