Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR124-2HG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,468 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR124-2HG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP31_S914, VIM_S72, and ZCCHC9. Each is linked with MIR124-2HG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR124-2HG-to-partner and partner-to-MIR124-2HG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR124-2HG versus USP31_S914 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR124-2HG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR124-2HG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
