MINK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MINK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, LGI1, and TMPRSS7. Each is linked with MINK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINK1-to-partner and partner-to-MINK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by MINK1-low versus MINK1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
