MINDY3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINDY3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,233 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINDY3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR37, PPIF, and MRPS15. Each is linked with MINDY3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINDY3-to-partner and partner-to-MINDY3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MINDY3 versus WDR37 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINDY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINDY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
