MINDY3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINDY3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINDY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, ACC_pS79, and G6PD. Each is linked with MINDY3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINDY3-to-partner and partner-to-MINDY3 results are reported.
