MINCR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,417 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, C8orf82, and DKC1. Each is linked with MINCR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINCR-to-partner and partner-to-MINCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MINCR versus SCRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
