Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MINCR RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MINCR data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MINCR RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MINCR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and KICH show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and ESCA are the cancer types where MINCR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
