The most reproducible MIF4GD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, HSP90B1, and ASPSCR1_S275. Each is linked with MIF4GD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIF4GD-to-partner and partner-to-MIF4GD results are reported.
