MIF4GD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIF4GD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,332 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIF4GD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cap-dependent translational initiation, Cytoplasmic translational initiation, and Regulation of protein oligomerization. Each is linked with MIF4GD in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIF4GD-to-partner and partner-to-MIF4GD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cap-dependent translational initiation grouped by MIF4GD-low versus MIF4GD-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIF4GD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIF4GD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
