MIDEAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIDEAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,594 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDEAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNTTIP1, SPCS3, and SEC23B. Each is linked with MIDEAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDEAS-to-partner and partner-to-MIDEAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIDEAS versus DNTTIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIDEAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIDEAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
