MIDEAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIDEAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,360 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDEAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B2, ERG28, and NUDT14. Each is linked with MIDEAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDEAS-to-partner and partner-to-MIDEAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIDEAS versus EIF2B2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIDEAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIDEAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
