Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIDEAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIDEAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, PGAM5, and HPRT1. Each is linked with MIDEAS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDEAS-to-partner and partner-to-MIDEAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by MIDEAS-low versus MIDEAS-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIDEAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIDEAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
