Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIDEAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,281 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDEAS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process, Endosomal transport, and Regulatory ncRNA-mediated gene silencing. Each is linked with MIDEAS in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDEAS-to-partner and partner-to-MIDEAS results are reported.
