MIDEAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIDEAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,801 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDEAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, C14orf177, and GPR139. Each is linked with MIDEAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDEAS-to-partner and partner-to-MIDEAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by MIDEAS-low versus MIDEAS-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIDEAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIDEAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
