MICOS10-NBL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS10-NBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,282 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICOS10-NBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICOS10, GNB1, and ICMT. Each is linked with MICOS10-NBL1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS10-NBL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS10-NBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICOS10-NBL1 versus MICOS10 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICOS10-NBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICOS10-NBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
