Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS10-NBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,341 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MICOS10-NBL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of autophagosome assembly, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to hydrogen peroxide, and Regulation of ATP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MICOS10-NBL1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS10-NBL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS10-NBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of autophagosome assembly grouped by MICOS10-NBL1-low versus MICOS10-NBL1-high in STAD.
