MICAL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICAL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,752 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC27, SLC39A6, and ZNF324B. Each is linked with MICAL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL3-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC27 grouped by MICAL3-low versus MICAL3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
