MIA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, PPP1R8, and PKMYT1. Each is linked with MIA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA3-to-partner and partner-to-MIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by MIA3-low versus MIA3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
