Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR944, DUX4L19, and MIR7973-1. Each is linked with MIA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR944 grouped by MIA2-low versus MIA2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
