MGRN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,454 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGRN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUBP2, SLC2A1, and RPL34. Each is linked with MGRN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MGRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGRN1 versus NUBP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
