Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,901 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGRN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of response to food, Positive regulation of appetite, and Positive regulation of response to nutrient levels. Each is linked with MGRN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MGRN1 results are reported.
