MGRN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGRN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, BHLHA9, and GOLGA6L6. Each is linked with MGRN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MGRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by MGRN1-low versus MGRN1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
