MGAT4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED9, SET, and KIF9-AS1. Each is linked with MGAT4C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT4C-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED9 grouped by MGAT4C-low versus MGAT4C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
