MGAT4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,836 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPM1, SSBP1, and PRPSAP2. Each is linked with MGAT4B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT4B-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT4B versus NPM1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
