MGAT4B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,400 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2L12P1, UBL7-AS1, and RPS6KA5. Each is linked with MGAT4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT4B-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT4B versus BCL2L12P1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.99.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
