MGAT4B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with MGAT4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT4B-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by MGAT4B-low versus MGAT4B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
