Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,635 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAG2, SIN3A, and XRCC6. Each is linked with MGA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGA-to-partner and partner-to-MGA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGA versus STAG2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
