The most reproducible MFSD6L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Regulation of arachidonate secretion. Each is linked with MFSD6L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD6L-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD6L results are reported.
