MFSD5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,082 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ10B, C15orf61, and RN7SL535P. Each is linked with MFSD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD5-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD5 versus COQ10B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
