MFSD4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,231 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD2, PDE12, and VCPIP1. Each is linked with MFSD4B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD4B-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD4B versus CHD2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
