Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,169 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, HDAC2, and PHF3. Each is linked with MFSD4B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD4B-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD4B versus SYNCRIP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
