The most reproducible MFSD4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mismatch repair involved in maintenance of fidelity involved in DNA-dependent DNA replication, Hair follicle placode formation, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MFSD4B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD4B-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD4B results are reported.
