MFSD4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMX2-CTNND1, RN7SL248P, and TMEM269. Each is linked with MFSD4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD4A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMX2-CTNND1 grouped by MFSD4A-low versus MFSD4A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
