MFF-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFF-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFF-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, ZBTB20, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with MFF-DT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFF-DT-to-partner and partner-to-MFF-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFF-DT versus NCAPD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFF-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFF-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
