Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MFF-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MFF-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MFF-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MFF-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and READ show a favorable association.

UCS, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where MFF-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
