MEX3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEX3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 829 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA6, ADH1A, and ARID2. Each is linked with MEX3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3D-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA6 grouped by MEX3D-low versus MEX3D-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
