METTL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,185 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMCHD1, AQR, and RFC2. Each is linked with METTL4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL4-to-partner and partner-to-METTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL4 versus SMCHD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
