Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, OR1L3, and TMEM196. Each is linked with METTL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL4-to-partner and partner-to-METTL4 results are reported.
