METTL17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, SSRP1, and MTA1. Each is linked with METTL17 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL17-to-partner and partner-to-METTL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL17 versus SUPT16H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
