The most reproducible METTL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN1C1, ADAMTS10, and GAB3. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.
