METTL15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,584 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, MRPS27, and MRPS7. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL15 versus SUPV3L1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
