Across TCGA patient cohorts, METRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,199 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STUB1, FLYWCH2, and GBP5. Each is linked with METRN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METRN-to-partner and partner-to-METRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METRN versus STUB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
