Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,891 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF317, TRIM45, and LRRC46. Each is linked with METRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METRN-to-partner and partner-to-METRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METRN versus ZNF317 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→METRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
