METAP1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,287 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP1D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX51, DFFA, and ERP44. Each is linked with METAP1D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP1D-to-partner and partner-to-METAP1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METAP1D versus DDX51 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
