METAP1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,074 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6754, RNU6-1156P, and GAPDHP17. Each is linked with METAP1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP1D-to-partner and partner-to-METAP1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6754 grouped by METAP1D-low versus METAP1D-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
