Across TCGA cell cohorts, METAP1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,538 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA methylation, Regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, and Cell killing. Each is linked with METAP1D in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP1D-to-partner and partner-to-METAP1D results are reported.
