METAP1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, METAP1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, IFNA6, and HAO2. Each is linked with METAP1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP1D-to-partner and partner-to-METAP1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by METAP1D-low versus METAP1D-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
