Across TCGA patient cohorts, MET RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,540 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MET-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TES, MET_T977, and C19orf33. Each is linked with MET in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MET-to-partner and partner-to-MET results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MET versus TES in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
