Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MET mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MET-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, INPP4B, and GAPDH. Each is linked with MET in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MET-to-partner and partner-to-MET results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by MET-low versus MET-high in KIRP.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MET→partner) and Y-score (partner→MET) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
